Privacy policy

This policy describes how Raspberry Pi Intelligence Hub accesses, uses, stores, and protects Google user data. The application is a private, single-operator productivity tool.

Google data accessed

The application uses the Gmail API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly. With the operator's consent, it may access:

The Gmail connector does not request permission to send, modify, label, trash, or delete email. It does not retrieve attachments.

How Google data is used

Google user data is used only to provide user-facing functionality requested by the operator: private email triage, evidence-linked morning briefings, suggested actions, and discovery of relevant links contained in subscribed newsletters.

Message content may be processed by deterministic local software and supported local inference running on operator-controlled hardware. Google user data is not used to train or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

Storage and security

Sharing and disclosure

The application does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, transfer it to data brokers, or disclose it to third parties. Data is processed for the operator's private use on operator-controlled systems. No Google user data is made public through this website.

Retention and deletion

Locally retained source evidence and derived reports remain under the operator's control and are kept only while needed for personal intelligence workflows, auditability, and source provenance. The operator may delete the retained evidence, derived reports, and OAuth token at any time.

Revoking access

The operator can revoke the application's access through the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation prevents future Gmail API access. The operator can then remove the locally stored OAuth token and retained data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Raspberry Pi Intelligence Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes

This policy will be updated if the application's data access or handling changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
